Demonstrate a commitment to climate action and sustainability.
Operate in line with ethical, social, and environmental standards consistent with EU and international norms.
Implement sustainable exhibition practices, such as minimising waste, avoiding single-use materials, and prioritising reusable or recycled resources.
Avoid exhibiting with or co-branding alongside entities under EU sanctions or involved in environmental or human-rights controversies.
Brussels Climate Week reserves the right to review and approve all exhibitors to ensure alignment with these principles.
